At the Children & Family Advocacy Center, we work to restore hope, promote healing, and provide safety for children and families impacted by trauma. We are currently seeking a compassionate and organized Support Services Coordinator to join our team and ensure families receive seamless, trauma-informed support from their very first interaction with us.
What You'll Do:

Intake & Inquiry: Respond to residential inquiries, schedule interviews and tours, and guide families through the intake process.

Scheduling: Coordinate staff and client schedules across acute and residential services.

Transportation: Arrange and manage transportation for residents; work closely with program and operations teams.

Donations: Maintain current donations and coordinate drives with staff, volunteers, and donors.

Documentation & Communication: Keep accurate records and ensure smooth communication across programs.
