At the Children & Family Advocacy Center, we believe every child deserves safety, healing, and a voice. As our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Facilitator, you'll be at the heart of the mission-bringing together dedicated professionals from law enforcement, child welfare, prosecution, mental health, and medical fields to coordinate care and advocate for child survivors of abuse.
What You'll Do: ✅ Lead bi-weekly case review meetings that center the child and prioritize trauma-informed responses ✅ Facilitate collaboration and communication across agencies to ensure no child falls through the cracks ✅ Serve as a trusted liaison and community builder among MDT partners ✅ Keep systems running smoothly with clear documentation, timely reporting, and strategic planning ✅ Provide essential training and support to onboard new partners and uphold best practices ✅ Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement in our response to child abuse

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams, with a track record of providing effective supervision and support.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex and sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to acute services and child abuse investigative response.
- Commitment to the mission of the organization and a passion for supporting children and families in crisis.
